Home/Careers

Careers at the Academy.

We hire teachers and staff who love their subjects, are honest about what they do not know, and treat children with respect. Not teachers who perform for inspectors.

What we look for.

Our ABC Academy is a CBSE-affiliated school in Tinsukia, Assam with 50 staff and over 600 students from Nursery to Class XII. We are growing carefully — adding teachers and support staff when the need is real, not for optics.

Subject Depth

You know your subject well enough to answer a question you haven't prepared for. For primary teachers, this means deep pedagogical knowledge, not just content.

Child Focus

You notice when a child is struggling and act without waiting to be told. You communicate with parents clearly and without defensiveness.

CBSE Familiarity

Practical knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and OASIS / portal requirements. For PGT applicants: Board practical examination experience is preferred.

Stability

We want teachers who intend to stay. Frequent turnover harms children. We offer competitive pay, a supportive environment, and a school that backs its teachers when they are right.

Current Openings.

No active vacancies at this time.

We do not maintain a standing application bank. When a position opens, we advertise through the school notice board, the Tinsukia press, and this page. Unsolicited applications are reviewed if a vacancy arises within 6 months of submission.

To apply for a position, complete the online application form. You may also send your CV directly by email.
