Apply to Our ABC Academy.
One school year, fairly run.
We take applications from October through March, in four stages. The process is the same for everyone. No donation, no capitation, no quota outside what CBSE requires.
Four honest steps, in order.
Register interest & submit a form
A short online registration. We ask for the child's basic details, current school, and a parent email. No fee at this stage. You will receive a confirmation and a Stage II slot.
Campus visit & conversation
Come to the school. The child sits an age-appropriate assessment — written for Class III and above; play-based below. We meet you separately for thirty minutes; the child meets the wing lead.
Offer & enrolment
If a place is offered, you confirm with written acceptance and the first term's fees. Offers are rolling as cohorts fill. Waitlist movement happens through May.
Orientation, before day one
Two mornings for new families before the term. Walk through timetable, uniform, books, transport. Children meet their class teachers. Sessions begin Monday, 14 April 2026.
Who can apply, and where seats remain.
Age calculated as on 1 April 2026. Relaxation of up to 30 days for Nursery/KG based on developmental readiness assessed at Stage II.
Lateral entry into Class IX requires Class VIII report, two teacher references, and a written assessment. RTE Act: 25% of Nursery seats reserved — apply through state government portal only.
Fees as approved by the Government.
The following fees are as fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee, Government of Assam under The Assam Non-Government Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fees) Rules, 2020 — Order dated 19 December 2026 — for the academic year 2026–27. No fee beyond what is listed here may be charged.

Questions we are asked every year.
Yes. Once a cohort fills, Stage I applicants are offered a numbered waitlist position. Movement happens when a confirmed family withdraws — typically March to May. We communicate within 48 hours. No fee to be waitlisted.
At Stage II, the wing lead assesses where the child is academically and socially — not just by age. We may recommend a year group above or below the age guideline, discussed with parents before confirming. The child's best interest determines the recommendation.
Yes, within the scope of what we can currently support. We have trained learning-support staff for mild dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and anxiety-related profiles. Share any existing assessments before Stage II so we can have an honest conversation about fit.
We offer Science (PCM / PCB), Commerce, and Humanities. The class teacher, academic counsellor, and parent review Class X board results and the child's preferences together. We do not place children in streams — we help families make an informed choice.
Weekly: a class circular on Friday. Termly: a parent–teacher conversation, in person, thirty minutes. Half-yearly: a narrative report. Always: the wing lead is reachable by email within 48 hours. We run a parent email list, not a WhatsApp group.
If a place is offered, families may submit a confidential financial statement to the Jai Tulsi Trust. A three-person committee — one trustee, one teacher, one external CA — decides on a scholarship of 10–50%. The committee does not see the child's name or grades.
Ready when you are.
Stage I takes about five minutes. There is no fee. We will reply with a Stage II slot within five working days.
